Members can borrow from a comprehensive library of Australian plant books.

A wide variety of Australian plant seeds from a well stocked seed bank is freely available to members - Details are published in the Journal.

The society has a wide selection of books for sale to members at the monthly meetings at Unley. As well as books about Australian native plants, there are also general gardening books, books about conservation and ecological issues, natural history and other topics  that are likely to appeal to members.

The books are also on sale to the general public twice a year at the society’s plant sales.

From time to time, the society finances the publication of books that are aligned with the aims of the society.
