The Northern Yorke Peninsula sub-group meets at 7:30pm on the 2nd Thursday of each month (except January) in "The Farm Shed", Kadina Information Centre, Moonta Rd, Kadina.

The group have regular field trips to places of interest, and a "Weekend Away" each year. The NYP group also holds a sale each Autumn to sell native plants that suit local conditions, including drought tolerant, limestone tolerant, coastal conditions, windbreaks, etc.

• Sunday 17th June. Field trip: Cape Elizabeth.



• Thursday 12th July. Meeting. 7:30pm - Speaker: Tim Woods on Birds
• Sat-Sun 21st/22nd July. Tree plantings at Coral & Ricks for National Tree Day. This is an official Tree Planting Site registered with Planet Ark. All welcome to attend and plant a tree or two for our planet. Lunch & drinks provided. Contact Coral for more info.



• Thursday 9th August. Meeting. 7:30pm - Planning for weekend away & regional conference - Open discussion on Cuttings. Bring along plant material or successful cuttings.
• Fri-Sat-Sun 10th-12th August. 2012 Regional Conference hosted by APS NYP at Moonta Bowling Club. (Helpers required for set-up and clean-up.)
• Sat-Sun 18th/19th August. Kadina Show - show entries needed and helpers.
