Cassinia uncata is a shrub 1-2m high by 1-1.5m. The flowers are cream and born in large heads in Summer and Autumn. They are suitable for floral art. This adaptable plant tolerates a large range of conditions. It grows in full sun to part shade and may be planted as an under-shrub on sand, loam or clay soils. It prefers dry to well drained soil from neutral to a pH of 8. C. uncata is suited to a small garden on the coast, Adelaide plains or inland. It makes a suitable cottage garden plant. |
