Conospermum patens is a
small, upright shrub from 50cm to 1m high by 1m wide. It has moderate growth and should be
pruned after flowerring
The tubular flowers are grey to blue and upto 0.75cm long. They appear in spring and
are suitable for floral art.
This plant will grow in full sun or part shade on sand or loam soils. It prefers a well
drained, dry, acid to neutral soil and is moderately frost hardy.
C. patens is suitable for a pot or small surburban garden in the Adelaide Hills
or Plains. |
